As a 60-something woman, married for more than 40 years, with two children and three grandchildren, my journey with grief began more than forty years ago with the sudden death of my mother. After a lifetime of complicated grief, my passion is to help women transition as easily as possible from overwhelming grief to a purposeful present and to develop a hopeful vision for moving forward.
Living in a grief-avoidant society, our family members, friends and co-workers often don't know what to say or do when we suffer the loss of a loved one or are grieving any other life circumstance. With a grief coach certification, a life coach credential from the International Coach Federation and a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, I will partner with you to provide support, guidance and encouragement as you navigate the painful and often confusing process of grief. Your journey with grief does not have to take a lifetime as it did for me. With our collaboration and a simple 5-step plan, you can again be excited for the future!
