Drawing from a rich background in learning and development, I bring a unique blend of structure, empathy, and adaptability to my work as a Grief and Life Coach. My experience in creating safe, collaborative spaces for growth and facilitating meaningful conversations has seamlessly translated into helping clients navigate the complexities of grief. Unafraid to lean into difficult conversations, I provide the courage and stability needed to explore grief openly, fostering a safe environment where true growth can unfold. Guided by curiosity and a genuine care for each person’s path, I help clients rediscover resilience and build the tools to thrive in life beyond loss.

Leveraging my expertise in learning and development as well as grief coaching, I offer workplace leaders methods for creating compassionate, grief-supportive teams and networks within their organizations. I can equip leaders with strategies on how to acknowledge the impact of loss and foster an environment where team members feel safe and well-educated on how to support one another. By facilitating open conversations, I offer teams effective methods for building awareness, developing empathy, and increasing understanding of how to support colleagues who are grieving. Together, we can build a culture that values authentic connection and mutual care, transforming workplaces into spaces where healing and growth are genuinely embraced.
